1. About Our Services

FansFollower.com provides social media promotion services, rental panels and self-hosted website setup services. Available services, prices, quantities and delivery conditions are shown in the relevant service descriptions.

Read the selected service description carefully. Features such as refill coverage, cancellation availability and estimated delivery times vary by service.

2. Account & Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Only submit content, accounts or links you own or are authorised to promote.
• Do not use our services for fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal content or other harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to exploit our website, payment system, API or other users' accounts.
• You are responsible for checking the rules of the social media platform you use. Paid engagement may violate that platform's terms.

3. Order Information & Delivery

• Check the service, link, username and quantity before submitting an order.
• Keep the relevant profile or content publicly accessible where the service requires it.
• Avoid changing usernames, deleting content or making accounts private while an order is active.
• Avoid simultaneous orders for the same link, including orders from other providers, because this can affect delivery tracking.
• Start times and delivery speeds are estimates, unless a service explicitly states otherwise.
• Incorrect links or changes to the target account may prevent delivery. Contact support so we can review whether correction or cancellation is possible.

4. Prices, Payments & Account Balance

• Review the displayed price and currency before confirming a payment or order.
• Service orders require sufficient available account balance.
• Account balance is intended for purchases on FansFollower.com and is not a money-transfer service.
• Added funds are normally non-withdrawable, subject to the refund exceptions below and applicable legal requirements.
• Payment provider fees or currency conversion charges may apply. Check the payment screen and your provider's terms.
• Price changes apply to future purchases. The price confirmed for an accepted order remains the price for that order.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation is subject to the selected service and the order's processing status. An order already in progress may not be cancellable.

• If an order cannot be delivered, the undelivered portion is eligible for review and an appropriate account credit.
• For partially completed orders, any credit is based on the verified undelivered quantity.
• Completed orders are normally not refundable for a change of mind. Report delivery errors or a mismatch with the service description to support for review.
• Duplicate payments, payment errors or suspected unauthorised transactions should be reported promptly with the transaction reference.

Routine service refunds are normally issued as account balance credits. Where a payment reversal or another remedy is required by applicable law, that requirement takes priority. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Refill & Drop Coverage

• Refill is available only when explicitly included in the service description.
• The refill period, limits and eligibility conditions are those stated for the purchased service.
• Submit refill requests within the stated coverage period and keep the original link accessible.
• Username changes, deleted content or overlapping orders may prevent verification of a drop.
• Services labelled “No Refill” do not include replacement coverage for later drops.

7. Service Expectations & Platform Risks

Purchasing a service does not guarantee sales, revenue, monetisation approval, search rankings or lasting engagement. Unless explicitly stated, do not assume that engagement is organic or comes from active customers.

Social media platforms may remove engagement, restrict accounts or change their systems. We cannot control those decisions or guarantee that purchased engagement will remain permanently. Any applicable refill coverage is described in the selected service.

8. Panel Packages

For self-hosted setup, contact Child Panel Support before payment so we can confirm hosting compatibility and the installation scope.

9. Setup Access & Customer Responsibilities

• Only provide access to a domain or hosting account you own or are authorised to manage.
• When installation access is needed, arrange temporary access with support and revoke it after setup is complete.
• Back up any existing website before installation. Agree on the installation location with support.
• Self-hosted customers are responsible for ongoing hosting, backups, security and domain renewals after handover.
• Setup timing depends on receiving the required information, compatible hosting and domain configuration.

10. API Use

If you use our API, keep your API key private and verify the service ID, quantity, link and current price before sending an order. API orders follow the same service and refund conditions as website orders.

Contact support promptly if you believe your account or API key has been compromised.

11. Platform Independence

FansFollower.com is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, X, Spotify or other social platforms. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Account Restrictions & Disputes

Access may be restricted while suspected fraud, unauthorised access, abuse or a breach of these terms is investigated. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly.

For an order or payment dispute, provide the relevant order ID or transaction reference. Any remaining balance or refund eligibility will be reviewed under the policies above and applicable requirements.

13. Changes to These Terms

Revised terms will be published on this page. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated through the website or available account contact details. Updates do not remove rights relating to purchases already made.

Some records may need to be retained after an account is closed where required by law or necessary to resolve an outstanding issue.

Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. Deleting information needed to operate your account may require account closure, and some transaction or dispute records may need to be retained.
